Order Cancellation

You may submit an order cancellation request prior to production or shipment of your goods. Approved cancellations qualify for a full refund. Once items have been dispatched, order cancellation will no longer be available.

Returns

We support product returns under the terms outlined below. You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days after you receive your parcel. Items must remain unused, unopened and kept in their original received condition to qualify for return. Original packaging and all factory seals must stay intact. For hygiene protection, opened or used beauty goods cannot be accepted for return. A valid purchase proof or order receipt is required to process your return. Please do not ship returned items directly to the product manufacturer. You will be charged shipping fees no more than one time, including return delivery. No restocking fees will be applied for eligible product returns.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund request is approved or denied. Upon approval, funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Banks and payment processors may need extra processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please first verify your account balance. Next, reach out to your credit card issuer, as refunds often take time to be posted. Your bank may also have internal processing delays. If you have completed these checks and still cannot locate your refund, please email us at service@rexvior.com.
